  • Overview

    Deliver solutions for Driveline customers by understanding their needs & applications, developing and recommending appropriate products, providing proof of performance data, and offering insightful advice for technical & industry related questions. This is a senior level technologist well versed in the applicable technology and able to manage projects independently.

    Responsibilities

    Interface with analytical and R&D labs to plan and execute product commercialization bench testing.

    Interface with Mechanical Lab, Ashland and test scheduler to plan and execute mechanical and vehicle testing.

    Interface with CTS, R&D, OEM, Sales and Marketing to gain an understanding of current and future market trends, requirements, and applications.

    Interface with Marketing and Sales to ensure aligned customer account management.

    Manage projects with CTS stage gate process utilizing Accolade software.

    Interaction and management of assigned customer accounts with CTS colleague participation and review.

    Provide proactive customer specific solutions, support, and guidance through effective and insightful face to face and written communications.

    Develop and deliver presentations to internal and external customers.

    Interface with R&D and Process Technology in specific product development projects and process improvement initiatives

    Investigate and resolve routine customer concerns under supervision of CTS Manager or colleagues.

    Assist CTS colleagues in the completion of required approval documentation and technical reports.

     

    Qualifications

    Bachelor’s Degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering.
