We are looking for a driven and enthusiastic candidate who wants to further develop their skillset within the Sales function and who has the potential to develop their career within other commercial functions. This role will offer the opportunity to build on your current capability and to develop strong sales experience, being responsible for assigned customer accounts and develop new sales keeping ahead of market trends and technology changes.

Responsibilities

The key duties are:

 

  • Deliver the annual financial sales plan for your assigned Customers.
  • Plan, prepare and conduct customer sales calls producing accurate call reports to keep stakeholders informed.
  • Preparation of Customer Account Plans to inform stakeholders of share of wallet, sales goals, and account segmentation.   Analyze and recommend updates of the strategies and tactics of this plan yearly.
  • Develop contact with strategic decision makers within each account to include technical, purchasing, marketing and operations and promote the sale of Afton products
  • Prepare reports and submit sales forecasts, draft AOP, price approvals etc. to Sales/Marketing Management as directed. 

Qualifications

We are looking for someone with a degree in marketing, business or a technical subject who has had some experience within a sales role or has had exposure to a sales function to understand the basic sales principles, exposure to data analysis and strong communication skills.
