1) Lead and develop the regional Marketing team to drive the implementation of the total business strategy in the region. Profit growth responsibility: approximately $750m-$1 billion per annum revenue by region
2) Globally lead the development of a key segment strategy and related product groups via the Afton Strategy and Planning Process.
