Lead Office365 and Azure Active Directory Practice. Respond to global business collaboration requirements suitable for Sharepoint on premise and Office365 (SharepointOnline, Teams, Flow and PowerApps).   


  • Lead AAD (Azure Active Directory) Global Administration and manage global Office365 tenant.This will be combined direct supervision and peer leadership.
  • Responsible for design, implementation, and administration of Office365 collaborative environments, directly or through direction of administrative and engineering resources. This includes all current and future initiatives involving Sharepoint Online, Teams, PowerApps, Flow and other tools as they become relevant.
  • Support all current and future security and continuity initiatives within Office 365
  • Conditional Access and monitoring
  • Labeling
  • Management of the Office 365 Center of Excellence
  • 3rd party Backup
  • Manage all new SharePoint site/collaborative project requirements
  • Stakeholder Identification
  • Business Analysis
  • Forms, Workflow, and other tool selections
  • Enforce robust development, change management and documentation processes to ensure Business and IT continuity.
  • Manage existing SharePoint Sites Continuity, Integrity and Availability.
  • Analyze and Optimize existing SharePoint based systems
  • Maintain and support existing InfoPath forms based solutions
  • Support migration of legacy collaboration tools into Office365





  • 8 years of experience in Information Technology
  • 4 years in Sharepoint or Office365 administration or development roles
  • 2 year degree in Information Systems or similar
  • Microsoft Certified Professional: SharePoint or similar



  • Supervisory Experience
  • 3rd party Vendor and Project Management experience
  • 4 year degree
  • Experience with Microsoft development tools, process and languages. This might include SQL, ADOS/TFS, C# and SPFX.
  • MCSE – Office365


·         Excellent knowledge and proven hands on experience implementing, administrating and supporting Microsoft SharePoint/Office365 on and off-premise products

·         Working Windows Server and Client Administration Knowledge

·         Experience with various mobility platforms

·         Demonstrable research, problem solving and troubleshooting skills

·         Ability to communicate clearly and concisely at all levels and across cultures/languages

·         Excellent Organizational skills

·         Experience with Business Analysis and Project Management
