Provide Human Resource support in areas including, onboarding, human resource information systems and compliance.


  • New hire orientation preparation, which includes scheduling orientations, preparing and delivering benefits packets and requesting security badges. Performing new hire orientations, which includes paperwork completion instruction, introduction to our facilities and explanation of benefits. Follow up with employees on paperwork completion and outstanding questions.
  • Enter new hires and re-hires into our HRIS system, which includes employee and benefit set-up. Ensure that all audit steps are followed, and that the employee personnel file is set up with all components. Ensure that I-9 files are up to date and in compliance.
  • Process benefit “change in family circumstances”, terminations, and change of dependent status in our HRIS system.
  • Advise management concerning employment/labor law, interpret company policies, and participate in the decision making process concerning corrective actions and/or employee performance and behavior issues.
  • Develop recruitment strategies to support staffing and employment goals and track and maintain applicant flow data for information and compliance.
  • Counsel and advise employees on HR issues to include information on benefits, pay practices, performance management, personnel issues, relocation, etc.
  • Compile and validate information necessary for completion of the EEO/VETS 100 reports by required deadline.
  • Coordinate with local HR teams on Affirmative Action Plans (AAPs). Prepare and submit data to outside attorneys and answer any follow-up questions.  Provide AAP information to local HR teams.
  • Maintain the North America & Latin America service award program to ensure that managers receive service awards in a timely fashion.
  • Complete employment verifications.
  • Administer North America employee relocation program.
  • Provide support in other areas of HR as needed including responding to employee questions on various HR processes and procedures.




  • BS Degree in Human Resources, Business, Accounting or related field
  • Demonstrated knowledge and aptitude in the areas of Human Resources, Benefits and HRIS administration typically acquired through 5 or more years of experience in similar roles.



  • PHR, SHRM-CP or equivalent certification



  • Able to handle multiple tasks concurrently, focus on detail and tolerate multiple work interruptions
  • Demonstrate flexibility and the ability to take direction from multiple sources
  • Intermediate to Advanced Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, etc..)
  • Attention to detail and able to analyze and organize information
  • Able to understand and communicate employee benefit entitlements
  • Familiar with general benefit administration and basic human resources practices
  • Able to function in a team-oriented environment
  • Able to provide a high level of customer service
