We are looking for a SAP FICO expert, to assist the Global SAP team in acting as an escalation point and primary strategic communication champion for EMEAI business sites. You will provide guidance and support in SAP Finance and Controlling Modules to the region. This is an opportunity to gain exposure to SAP S/4HANA as we embark on the implementation, working with Global SAP Leadership in Addressing/Implementing regional SAP requirements, while contributing to the overall Global SAP strategies.


  • Provide leadership and guidance to the Data Ops SAP organization through a combination of business and technical knowledge.
  • Work effectively with cross-functional SAP teams to implement best practices, system solutions, reporting systems and improve business processes to meet organization’s leadership priorities.
  • Provide primary support for all modules in SAP Controlling mainly Product Costing, Profitability Analysis and FP&A processes. Support involves fielding questions, troubleshooting problems, and executing solutions.
  • Provide primary user support and serve as liaison to Global SAP and Global BPO teams.
  • Develop, design, test and validate SAP configuration/customizing related to new business processes developed as part of the business process improvement initiatives.
  • Handle reporting requests by analyzing the requirements, preparing functional specifications, working with developers, and testing new reports and changes.

  • Work with the SAP security team on resolving authorization issues and provide recommendations on optimal security setup for ongoing projects’ requirements.
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with customers, peers, and management.
  • Support IT security policies, processes, and procedures to comply with mandates including Sarbanes Oxley.
  • Manage relationships with EMEAI Business Management and key business users.
  • Evaluate and act on escalated business needs and coordinate with proper technical function.


  • BS/BA degree in a relevant field such as Information Resources, Information Systems, Computer Science, etc.
  • Expert level knowledge and demonstrated ability to successfully design, modify, enhance, or adapt existing technology solutions and integrate new features or improvements.
  • Demonstrable full Life Cycle Implementation experience in SAP.
  • Proven hands-on strong SAP FICO experience with a combination of production support and project implementation.
  • Expertise in Product Costing, Actual Costing, Cost Center accounting, Project Systems.
  • Expertise in European VAT & Intrastat Reporting.
  • Expertise in FP&A process including Profitability Analysis.
  • Expert level knowledge of FICO integration with SD, MM, PP & PM.
  • Proficient in designing and developing user training documentation, test plan and test script development and execution.
  • Good knowledge of SAP authorization roles, objects and basic reports to troubleshoot missing authorizations.
  • Experience working in a Global company structure.
