We have an opportunity for a Legal Administrator to join our Legal team and be based in the office at our regional head office in Bracknell UK. As part of this role you will work closely with the Legal Counsel to provide adminsitration support.
Drafting Standard Documents
Proven legal administration experience
Strong commercial contract experience required
Skills & Abilities required:
Excellent attention to detail.
Quick to learn/ follow processes.
Strong organisation/ administration skills.
Good communication skills.
Ability to build rapport with local and regional colleagues.
Good knowledge of Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Adobe and DocuSign.
Intermediate experience or higher with Excel including setting up spreadsheets.
Accurate data entry and typing skills.
Ability to work under pressure.
Ability to multitask.
