(Snr) Sales Specialist – Paris – Office Based


We are looking for a talented individual who wants to develop and grow their career within Sales within a technical industry. The role will be responsible for key account management, leading cross functional teams to deliver solutions for the customer.


Build and maintain effective customer relationships gaining strong networks and understanding within the customer base


Understand, our customer’s needs, strategies and problems to identify opportunity for Afton solutions


Develop and sell recommended solutions to meet the customers’ needs providing insight into the full value of the product


Support and manage the interface between Afton and our customers to reinforce their buying decision


Support development, and lead the implementation of Regional Sales Strategies to maximize business returns



Degree in a commercial subject or technical field preferred

Demonstrated experience within a B2B sales role

Fluent in French and English

Strong communication skills and networking building abilities

Strong presentation skills

Ability to understand the business and marketing analysis

Strong negotiation skills

Ability to travel (50% of time)
