Administrative Assistant II

Location US-TX-Port Arthur



Support the Maintenance management team.  Utilize knowledge of office systems and procedures.  Create and maintain documentation and the database for the Maintenance department. 



  • Maintain and update filing, time sheets, invoices, and other database systems, either manually or using a computer
  • Enters, maintains, and/or processes information in the payroll system; information may include time worked, paid leave and holidays, deductions and withholding and other information
  • Compile, copy, sort, and file records of office activities
  • Complete work schedules, manage calendars, and arrange appointments with vendors and other departments
  • Inventory and order office materials, supplies, and services
  • Create requisitions and notifications in SAP
  • Other administrative and office duties as assigned




  • 2 to 4 years of related experience
  • Associate degree or equivalent combination of experience and education
  • Proficient with SAP, Lotus Notes, Microsoft Office Suite primarily Word, Excel, PowerPoint
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Proficient with or the ability to quickly learn payroll software



  • 4 to 6 years of related experience
