CTS Technologist - Industrial Team


We have an opportunity for someone to become part of the CTS Industrial team. The role will be providing support to customers via technical guidance and deliver solutions to meet the customers' needs and applications. 


Developing a collaborative relationship with CTS, R&D, OEM, Sales, and Marketing to share and gain an understanding of current and future market trends, requirements and applications that will impact our product portfolio.


Bringing customers’ feedback in current technology to develop the future technology roadmap and be voice of customer in associated NPDs.


Be a key player within the Account Management Triangle (Sales, Marketing, CTS), and contributing to Customer Portfolio Analysis, enabling the team to great discovery to ensure recommendation and delivery of innovative solutions.


Develop insightful technical literature to support product portfolio for both internal and external customers.


Increase customer loyalty by proactively investigating and resolving customer concerns.


Develop understanding of Afton’s product line chemistry, OEM claims and applications.


Initiate development of a deep understanding of industry test requirements, customer test requirements and associated specifications and how those tests can be influenced by Afton  chemistry.



Bachelor’s Degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering

Demonstrated aptitude for the CTS function.
