We have an opportunity to join our Finance department reporting to the Finance Director and acting as a key partner to the Business.

You will be responsible for enabling business decision making through:

• Provision of reliable, understandable and relevant data
• Challenging assumptions, actions and priorities
• Delivery of insight into past and future financial performance through reporting and analytics
• Representing and promoting Finance as a value-adding part of ongoing business operations
• Supervising / Managing a team of two Senior FP&A Analysts

1. Lead the day to day business partnering support for the EMEAI Commercial VP
2. Lead the provision of insightful reporting and analysis to the EMEAI business teams (sales, marketing, CTS, R&D, logistics)
3. Deliver robust and value added long and short-term planning processes into the Region (LRP, AoP, forecasting)
4. Support the EMEAI FD in business partnering the EMEAI leadership team and with ad hoc tasks
5. Leverage external data and sources (Bloomberg, competitor and customer profitability) and bring insight to the EMEAI team and to customers
6. Support strategic decision making in the region including; pricing, working capital, FX management, India strategy, regional sales teams business reviews
7. Support global FP&A initiatives and objectives including global cost outlooks for raw material and non raw material costs
8. Support working capital improvement initiatives
9. Support other finance functions (eg credit and treasury) with any modelling or ad hoc requests

Qualified accountant - MBA or similar post-graduate attainment.
