An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced IT Support Technician to join a small team, delivering support locally and across EMEAI.
The role will be responsible for taking, troubleshooting, resolving and/ or escalating support issues on the Service Desk, but it is not a large call-centre environment. As such, the position would suit an individual who has worked in a varied and hands-on IT support role within a small to medium sized business. We can offer development and exposure to a breadth of IT systems and projects, as you will be working alongside colleagues responsible for Networks, Security, Software etc.
Relevant IT support experience, ideally with Service Desk experience.
Experience of managing your own workload and working to SLAs.
Strong communication skills and the ability to build relationships with peers, Managers and those you are supporting.
Solid troubleshooting skills.
Office 365 support.
Although not essential, any knowledge of SharePoint would be beneficial.
