JOB SUMMARY:   We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Financial Analyst to join our Financial, Planning, and Analysis team. The ideal candidate will possess strong financial acumen and exceptional problem-solving skills to support company-wide financial planning, analysis, and strategic decision making.

 

Responsibilities

  • Conduct thorough financial analysis and modeling to support corporate planning and financial strategies.
  • Develop, maintain, and execute comprehensive financial reporting and variance analysis.
  • Monitor key financial metrics and proactively report on potential risks and opportunities.
  • Develop and execute budgeting, financial forecasting and planning.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather information, provide insights on financial performance, and develop forecast assumptions.
  • Analyze financial data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
  • Assist in the preparation of presentations for senior management, investors, and stakeholders.
  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations, policies, and procedures.
  • Support ad hoc financial projects and initiatives as required
  • Support financial systems maintenance and data source development, testing, and solutions.

 

Qualifications

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. A Master’s degree or professional certification (e.g., CFA, CPA) is a plus.
  • 1-3 years of experience in corporate finance, accounting, or a related field.
  • Strong proficiency in financial modeling, analysis, and reporting tools (e.g., Excel, PowerPoint, financial software). Experience with SAP and Power BI is a plus.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work with large datasets.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills for collaborating with different departments.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience in manufacturing or chemicals industry is preferred.

  • Understanding of financial statements, cash flow management, and financial analysis techniques.
  • Ability to interpret complex financial data and provide actionable insights.
  • Capable of supporting long-term financial strategies and business planning.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present financial information clearly and concisely.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment and engage with stakeholders at all levels.
