Manage and develop a sales plan to increase Afton Share of Wallet and increase the profitability of business in specific customers or region. Typically responsible for $5-$15 MM GP to maintain and grow sales of Afton’s solutions in a responsible accounts or sales territory/region.
1. Monitor and oversee the implementation and coordination of strategic sales plans for meeting the goals established in the regional strategic marketing plans.
2. Establish good relationship with key stakeholders of customers to discover the area of collaboration and work with internal team to develop best solutions to offer to customers to grow Afton business.
3. Ensure developing and maintaining account plans with comprehensive account insights and share with internal stakeholders to facilitate effective decision making and developing effective account growth strategies.
4. Ensure professional communication with internal global/regional account teams and supporting team for the strategies alignment and successful execution of accounts plans.
5. Ensure to utilize internal sales tools and processes including : demand forecasting, opportunity management system, and pricing tool and follow-up on any customer concerns logged into the ReSolv Process.
6. Assist in developing and maintaining senior management contacts at key accounts in the territory/region to ensure that Afton is meeting the customer needs and is providing quality solutions.
7. Ensure to track customer satisfaction on Afton services to make sure continuous improvement to grow business in customers.
8. Implement and manage a T&E budget consistent with meeting the territory/regional sales plan.
